1,400 people, fourteen nationalities, one stage. The keynote opened with a slide nobody expected: the actual PostgreSQL row count of active HORNO nodes, updated live, in front of the room. Transparency is a feature.
The three reveals — Spaces subdomains, the Recruiter Leaderboard, and AI-native llms.txt for every Pro profile — landed in that order on purpose. Each one removes a different excuse for not joining.
The line that traveled furthest on social: 'We don't need a million users. We need a million owners.' It is, I think, the cleanest one-sentence summary of what we are building.
